About Our SEWP VI Contract

Immersive Concepts, LLC is a NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract holder under Category C – ITC/AV Mission-Based Services.

NASA SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides Federal agencies with an acquisition pathway for information technology products, solutions, and authorized services. Orders placed under SEWP VI are subject to Fair Opportunity requirements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b).

Category C – ITC/AV Mission-Based Services:

Category C provides mission-focused Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services that support specific agency programs, missions, and operational requirements.

Solutions may include:

• IT and network operations
• Telecommunications
• Audiovisual and communications systems
• Systems integration
• Cybersecurity
• Cloud and data services

• Related mission-support services

Through SEWP VI, Immersive supports Federal customers with technical consultation, solution development, product and technology sourcing, systems integration, equipment configuration, logistics, deployment, implementation, and other authorized services within the scope of our Category C contract.

Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes

NASA SEWP VI orders are subject to Fair Opportunity requirements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b).

Federal customers may use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool to request quotes and conduct market research among eligible SEWP VI Contract Holders.

Immersive Concepts will respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quote (RFQs), and other authorized requests in accordance with NASA SEWP VI contract requirements and ordering procedures.
